We offer personal health coverage for you and/or your family.  I.H.S. offers all twelve (12) BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee Personal Health Coverage plans.  These plans provide you with a wide choice of benefits and premium ranges.  In addition, we also offer BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee’s High-Deductible Health Plans (HDHP) which are Health Saving Account (H.S.A.) qualified.  The combination of a HDHP and a HSA  can have tax advantages for individuals and families while providing major medical and wellness benefits.

For individuals that are in need of health insurance coverage for a limited time, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee’s Short-Term Policies are an ideal choice.  I.H.S. also offers BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee’s 7 Medicare Supplemental Policies.  Individuals with Part A and Part B Medicare can cover the gaps in Medicare coverage with one of the seven (7) Federal Government approved Medicare Supplement Policies offered by BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.

Short-Term Personal Health Coverage Plans :

• Coverage for Doctor Office Visits, Hospitals, Emergency Care and More
• Deductible from $250 to $2500
• 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months Coverage
• Pre-existing conditions including maternity and routine (wellness) visits are excluded
• Only two issued short-term contracts within a six month period for a             maximum insurance coverage of 3 months.
• Choice of more than 8,400 network providers.

BlueCross65 plan:
